Application Process
The application process begins with the receipt of your informative application. This will be processed in our applicant database. If there is interest, our Head of Personnel Management & Development will contact you to coordinate an appointment for a personal interview with one of our managing directors. During this initial mutual introduction, we want to find out in an open conversation whether it is a good fit for both, you, and us, and whether our values and ideas about working in the AMR team are compatible. Of course, this also provides an opportunity to learn more about AMR and the advertised position. If we mutually agree, we will invite you to a so-called trial day. This offers the chance to get to know future colleagues, supervisors, the work environment, and the job itself. Afterwards, we will gather feedback from you and from the colleagues you met. Then, the management, in coordination with the line manager, will make a decision. If this decision is positive, we will prepare an employment contract with a salary proposal and send it to you. The final decision lies with the applicant and is usually made in a concluding discussion.
